Ordinance Number 76-3
An ordinance of the City of Kupreanof, Alaska, providing for the control of firearms.
The discharge of firearms is prohibited within the corporate limits of the City of Kupreanof with the following exceptions:
1) Residents may discharge firearms within the limits of their own private property if safety precautions are observed and if such use does not constitute a nuisance or hazard to adjacent property owners.
2) Non-Residents may discharge firearms only on private property and only with the permission of the property owner and under the conditions stated in 1.
Effective October 18, 1976
Look for the “No Shooting” Signs posted at the City of Kupreanof city limits.
